After searching around we purchased the appliances which included a Samsung refrigerator, stove and microwave/hood from ABC warehouse.     My grandfather purchased a mattress from PORT HURON ABC WAREHOUSE A TEMPERPEDIC!!! We all know those beds are not CHEAP HE HASNT EVEN HAD IT 30 days and now feels it's very uncomfortable he has had a major surgery and it is very important that he sleeps well they have refused to be any type of real assistance and even told him to jump on the bed and that he has to wait 60 days and will NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP MY GRANDFATHER!! I was told one thing by the salesman, who was very inexperienced and had a line of bull which I overlooked because I thought I was getting a good deal but were a better product and they weren't cheap. First of all, when you order something from them, they DO NOT order it right away, they forget about it because they got the sale but never do anything else.     I bought a dishwasher at ABC Warehouse at 28th St Grand Rapids MI.A Frigidaire dishwasher with a extended warranty. Let me start by saying stay AWAY from that store. the 1st month that purchased the dishwasher it was leaking, the repair man that they use through BIGALOW had seen a crack in the whole frame.     My name is Denise Pizana and I went to the Troy location to purchase a mattress and box spring, in October 2010. Well after 2 weeks I could feel the difference in the mattress.     I made the mistake of buying a Plasma 60" 3D TV from ABC Warehouse. I bought it on 1-30-12 and did not take it out of the box until 2010-11 Less than 30 days. I set it up for no more than 1 hour.     I am looking for a washer and dryer. For the past three weeks I have found one that would satisfy my needs. This was located in the flyer for ABC warehouse.     I purchased a microwave and an extended warranty from ABC. After 15 months, i pulled the handle to open the MW and it broke and came separatedfrom the door.     ABC Warehouse is obviously using the old bait and switch routine to get you into the store and then try to get you to buy a higher priced item. Each week they put out a flyer in my local newspaper in Sandusky Ohio. One particular item is usually the main attraction on the front page of the flyer.     Please People,,Do not buy anything from ABC Warehouse, they too screwed me over on a TV. I am on my 3rd replacement of a Samsung. I paid $3450 for my original TV and they have replaced it with a $750 piece of crap. Not only that but they told me in both Muskegon and Grand Rapids (MI) that my replacement would be dollar for dollar. I have also paid for 10yrs of warranties, come to find out, when the TV is replaced you lose the warranty, so now I am out of 3yrs of a warranty that I paid for.     When you buy a service contract, they tell you that you'll get half back on a store credit if you don't use it. The catch is that you have to remember to redeem it within 90 days of its end date and they certainly don't send you a reminder even though it's registered in their computer system. This is my 2nd E-mail. I had trouble connecting my speakers to my new truck stereo. I manage to get everything working except the sound out of the speakers. I was told I had to pay up front and that they could get my speakers working for the $38.41. I had all the wires exposed and the stereo not bolted in the dash. The tech spent 6 minutes and then told me he could not hook up the speakers. He wanted to charge me over $300.00 to rewire and bypass the factory ampifier. I told the store manager that I was upset that he didn't get my speakers to work and that I was not getting any of my Money back. The store manager told me I had to leave his store. I was so embarrassed and hurt that I got ripped off almost $40.00. The store manager kicked me out of the store and did not offer at least half my money back. Had he done so I would of excepted and been halfway satisfied. Now I would like a full refund for the embarrassment I endorsed that day. If I don't get a full refund I attend to contact Huntington Mastercard and have them help me recover all my money back. I have bought a car stereo before from that same store and paid well over $500.00, Now I find it sad that ABC Warehouse is trying to take money for a service that they said they could do and then tell me otherwise for a much higher amount and then feel right about keeping all my money. By the why I managed to get my stereo to work good for under $10.00 in supplies.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM ABC!!!!!!!!!! BOUGHT A AUDIO RECIEVER FOR 400 DOLLARS. AFTER 15 DAYS I DECIDED TO RETURN IT WITH ONE LID OF THE BOX OPEN AND NOT EVEN TOUCHED INSIDES. THE SALESPERSON WANTED TO CHARGE RESTOCKING FEES AND WAS EXTREMLY RUDE ABOUT IT. ALSO 2 YEARS AGO BOUGHT A PROJECTOR FOR 4500 DOLLARS WITH 5 YEAR WARRENTY. IT BROKE AND WAS UNREPAIRABLE. ABC AGREED TO REPLACE IT ONLY WITH 1500 DOLLAR PROJECTOR . WATCH OUT FOR RIP OFF ABC AND NEVER SHOP THERE FOR ANYTHING.

bought a dryer at abc, delivery guys put a big dent in brand new chest freezer takeing out the old one. abc said they would replace the top but i had to ,,take off the old one, bring it to the store and pickup and install the replacement. I call and asked for measurements from the edge to the hinge and how far apart the screws were so i know it was the right one before i ran across town, they told me i would have have to come in and take those measurements my self. No more abc for me, had been a return customer. guess yer ok as long as they got your money and u have no complaints. wont shop there anymore and im tellin all my friends and family.

Ordered a Samsung 58" 3D Plasma TV from ABC in Grand Rapids. It was delivered with a shattered screen, so I had the delivery guys load it right back on their truck & called the salesman. They had another in store, but no way to get it delivered, so we pulled the hard tonneau from my truck, got a sitter for the kids & drove there. THEN they say I can't have that TV, but would have to wait until next week for one. They offered a few items from the "dollar store section" as compensation. If the TV that's supposed to be delivered next week arrives damaged, and ABC doesn't offer an acceptable solution, I will downgrade this review even more. At this point I would, if asked, recommend someone shop anyplace BUT ABC Warehouse.

Another was at the store,but they couldn't deliver until the next week so we pulled the hard tonneau cover from my truck, found a baby sitter for the kids and drove there. THEN they say we can't have that one - we'd have to wait until next week. They offered a few items from the "dollar store section" as compensation. If the TV that's supposed to arrive next week doesn't work/is shattered I will downgrade this review even more. At this point, I would suggest anyone looking for a TV look elsewhere.

I've had 3 positive experiences at ABC Warehouse. It can be intimidating if you treat it like other stores... Ask for a better price... ask what they are :"trying to get rid of"... If you go in, knowing the brand and model of what you want, then you aren't going to get as good of a deal. The salespeople work on commission, they are going to try to sell you... but know how to play the game!!

I have had nothing but good service from them sure i have had to return my fair share of things back to them but they always took care of my needs and answered all questions for me in exzample i bought a toshiba lap top from them one week later i couldnt get it to come on i took it to the store replaced it and gave me 100 dollars in cash i bought a 65in dlp tv from them the screen turned black the manufacture would not do anything but when i called abs they replaced it and gave me a free blu-ray player for my inconvience and when the tv they ordered was the wrong size they gave me the bigger one in its place they also through in a 20 in lcd for free but i will warn buyer be where and make sure the item you buy can be returned or replaced

this store sucks! i received a gift jazz hdv 191 digitial camera, after trying to figure how the stupid thing works, i do not like it and the pics are horrible, it eats battieries.
i live in ky. i was planning a trip north, so i stopped in the abc warehouse store in southgate mi. was treated like a piece of crap! i was told the camera was not purchased at that store what did i expect them to do??? excuse me this is the same corpation right?? like kmarts they take anything back no matter what store u buy it from?? after all the sales person left for a minute returned and told me sorry this was over 30 days, well i never looked at the reciept, yes i do have it, it was NOT over 30 days it was only 2 weeks! i am stuck with a shit camera

About their 0% financing.....don't make the mistake of making your payment too early. You'll get hit with a late charge. My $96 payment hit their books too early to cover my $54 minimum payment. Until they change from Wells Fargo I won't do business with them again. I just mailed out my payment in full for $407. I say if they are going to treat their good paying customers like that then I'll take my money elsewhere.
