  • Lumpy Mattress

    My name is Denise Pizana and I went to the Troy location to purchase a mattress and box spring, in October 2010. Well after 2 weeks I could feel the difference in the mattress. In february I took a good look at the matress after turning it around twice, because you can't flip it, and saw the top was thicker than the bottom and the sides were 1 inch sunken and so was the middle. I called ABC and they sent someone out in March.   • Warranty dispute

    Purchased home phones from ABC warehouse with 2 yr warranty 2-27-2009, phone quit working in july had moved and msiplaced reciept was told by ABC warehouse had to have original recieptfound reciept and returned this passed weekend with corporate being closed because the problem arised I was missing one of the cradles that I originally reported to the company when I got them home and installed but I only needed 2 of the four phones and they didn't have any more in stock and they told me it was okay I had the warranty so I was good, now today I get a call back from corporate telling me...   • 50" Samsung TV

    On black Friday of 2007, I bought a 50" Samsung DLP TV. My son ordered the exact tv when he saw the one I had ordered. Both were delivered the same day. On January 4, 2009 the lamb went out on mine and one week later the other lamp went out on the other tv. We now have 2 50" tvs that we are unable to watch. Both TV's are under warranty but the lamps are on back order. I have been waiting for 9 days and ABC informed me today, because I called them, that the lamps were shipped today.
