I had a terrible, terrible aweful experience with ABC warehouse . I purchased a JVC car stereo unit that the sales person along with the person that installed it knew nothing about. I was there 6 hours while they were trying to figure out and show me how to use it. In the meantime the sales person Glen was hitting on me ( and was a married man ) he asked me to go out with him, gave me his phone number on a abc warhouse card, also gave me his home address on a abc warehouse card and told me he would sell me some speakers really cheap and if I came to his house he would install them for me.
Needless to say the JVC unit I bought was defective ( the bluetooth part of it anyway ) ABC blamed it on my phone, so I went and bought a new phone, still did not correct the problem. when I asked if they would just pull the unit out and install the next model down they told me they would have to charge me a additional 60 dollars on what I had already paid for the first unit.
I have called the corporate office about this issue and it was still not resolved. Finally I was told by a sales person at ABC warehouse in FLINT MI that I could bring the unit back, unistall by a professional and would recieve a FULL refund on my credit card. Once I went to the store to recieve my refund they then proceeded to tell me that had to keep a 10% RESTOCKING FEE. I asked managment if they had this restocking fee available in print as I was unaware of such a fee and Manager raised his voice at me after Ignoring my question 2 times and finally told me

" NO we do not have that available here "

I then called corp office again and spoke with and explained how I was being treated and that I wanted to go higher up in corparate managment to get this issue resolved. THEY said that she would put a call through and they would call me right back because they knew I was still at the ABC warehouse store in FLint MI waiting on their call back and NEVER !!! recieved a call back from corp. headcourters.

What kind of way is this to do business ?????
I returned there item after only having it 4 days, why the 10% restocking fee ? Especially if there was no posting's of the rule's of 10 % restocking fee.

Assitant Manager told me aggresively
" WE DONT EVEN HAVE TO RETURN THIS ITEM AT ALL , AND WALKED AWAY "

I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH UNPROFESSIONLISM FROM A COMPANY. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN , NOR WILL MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS. I WAS TREATED SO RUDELY FROM THE MANAGEMENT & ASSISTANT MANAGER AS WELL.

Also, when I asked to use ABC's phone to call corparate and figure out and speak with a corparate contact again our common contact that was aware of the issue, I was told by Assitant Manager TOLD ME " No, use your own personal phone to do so, and waved his hand and turned his back to me.

I've had it with this company and WILL NEVER< EVER< RETURN AND WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW !!!

Here is my story with ABC , in 2010 i have spend around $10,000 in Dearborn store buying a new things for my new house , and one of the things i had buy is ( SAMSUNG TV 58" ) it was around ( $2,500 ) and sure i did have the Tv Warranty and i had to pay around $600 or so for 5 years and sure i was so happy with my new stuff because they give me good deal ( that what i really was thinking ) but the problem start , My TV it has been burned out 3 times in less then one year , and thx for Samsung for giving one year Tv Warranty for every buyer because they did fix my tv in that 3 times , but as soon as my one year Tv Warranty finish with Samsung i have same problem with my tv ( the screen turned all black and pop out from INSIDE the tv not from outside , this is just happen last a little over one month now , since i have this problem i had to call ABC because i still have 4 years on my Tv Warranty , but they had make there own dissections about my tv with out coming here and look at it , because i only had told them the screen it has been ( pop it out from inside ) they told me ( we are not fixing your tv if there is any problem with the screen ) i really don't know what kind of fucking answer is that and what kind of asshole make this kind of dissection there , any way i'm still fighting with these assholes ppl in ABC fuck't up house for my right and i hope that any one from ABC CORPORATE OFFICE read this and do something about my problem before getting bigger and be every where in the news , and i really don't mind to speak out to the whole world about these assholes and what kind of fucking service they have to steel ppl money for free .

I purchased an HDTV from this same location. I tried returning it today only to be told they do not allow refunds/returns, even though I was never told this, and no restocking fee issue was ever even mentioned.

I recently purchased an HDTV from this same location. They told me today that they have NO return policy, restocking fee or otherwise, and that I cannot return any items at all. I am finding so much contradictory information that it's mind boggling.
